Residential Aged Care
This training stream is for onsite staff and clinicians working inside aged care homes. This includes not just personal care workers but also nurses, specialists, managers and other staff working in residential aged care settings.
The microlearning is tailored to the needs of this audience by focusing not only on the practical aspects of telehealth, but also how interactions with clinicians can be supported and enabled by aged care staff, residents, their families and carers.
The training comprises a series of 32 online learning modules, around 6-10 minutes long, grouped into 6 themes as follows:
